Temporary Suspension of Nationwide Crab Cake Shipping

Due to ongoing nationwide delivery reliability issues with our shipping carrier, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our crab cake shipping program.

Over the past several months, an unacceptable number of packages have not arrived within the guaranteed delivery window required for our perishable products. Despite following all recommended packing and shipping procedures, delays have resulted in compromised product quality, customer refunds, costly reshipments, and denied carrier claims.

At Greenmount Station, we are committed to providing the quality and service our customers expect, and we do not feel comfortable continuing to ship products until we can ensure they will arrive safely and on time.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and continued support. We are actively evaluating alternative shipping solutions and hope to resume service as soon as reliable delivery standards can be met.
