Shipping Schedule

Because our products are perishable, all orders are shipped via next-day delivery service only.

• Orders ship Monday through Thursday
• We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays
• Orders placed after our daily cutoff time (12:00 PM) may ship the following eligible business day

This schedule ensures your order arrives fresh and in optimal condition.

Delivery Requirements

• We strongly recommend shipping to a location where someone will be present (home or business).
• Greenmount Station is not responsible for product quality if a package is left unattended after delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we use reliable overnight carriers, delivery times are not guaranteed once the package leaves our facility. Weather events, carrier disruptions, or incorrect address information may impact delivery times.

If your package is delayed due to carrier issues beyond our control, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
